HELP ANNOUNCES NEW CEO
20 December 2019
A FAMILIAR FACE TO TAKE HELP INTO THE NEXT DECADE
Denver Fresser
The Board of HELP Enterprises Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Denver Fresser as HELP’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 2 March 2020.
The role replaces Managing Director Kerry Browne, who will retire on 28 February after 12 years leading HELP.
Denver has been appointed to the role from a strong field of internal and external candidates. He has worked with HELP for over 8 years including several as a member of the Executive team. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Denver has steered HELP’s transition to the NDIS operating environment; built a very successful disability enterprise that now employs some 370 people who live with disability; and has oversight of HELP’s Disability Care Hubs and Accommodation which support a further 400 participants.
HELP Enterprises Chairman Garry Butler said the Board is delighted with the strength of Denver’s credentials and his grasp of the challenges thrown up by the rollout of the NDIS.
“Denver has contributed to the formation of HELP’s forward strategy, has demonstrated his leadership skills across many of our businesses and most importantly, he exemplifies our values and our culture” Mr Butler said.
To support the leadership transition, Kerry Browne will continue to be employed by HELP until the end of June to assist the CEO and Board as needed.
