Post-school pathways is a program designed to help you successfully transition from school into further learning and develop independent life skills.

All participants are engaged through a range of options designed to maximise their participation.

Individual and group settings available Students with disability transitioning from school Accessible through Dept. of Communities, fee-for-service arrangement or apply for the NDIS

Opportunities exist for participants to engage in the community and trial onsite work experience. HELP welcomes school work experience groups as part of their transition or other pathways programs for senior students.
