Enhancing the lifestyle, independence & ambitions of people with disability

Hubs

Hubs

Program based supports (HUB)

It’s time to take the first step! Make new friends, follow your passions, and discover what life has to offer at our HELP Hubs.

If you’ve just finished school, you might be feeling a little stuck and unsure what to do next. Finding a place where you can belong is important and can give you the tools you need to prepare for the future.

Our HELP Hubs provides a safe and welcoming space where people with disability of all ages can learn, grow, and be themselves.

We know that everyone is unique with different goals and passions, so when you go to Hub you choose your own journey. You can select from a range of educational and social activities like Cafe Club, Creative Crew, Computer Skills, and more. Each activity is specially designed to help you achieve your NDIS goals, and become the best version of you!

Even if you haven’t tried an activity before, or are a bit nervous to step out on your own, you’ll have a support worker by your side to cheer you on, guide you, and offer assurance when you need it.

When are our HELP Hubs open?
Our Hubs are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm. We offer full-day sessions (8:30am to 4pm) or half-day sessions (8:30am to 12pm OR 12:30pm to 4pm), as well as an extended hours program on set Thursday, Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings.

HELP has 5 Hubs based right across South East Queensland. Take a virtual tour OF OUR LOCATIONS BELOW:
