WELCOME TO OUR HUBS!
CENTRE-BASED SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Our social and recreational programs offer an opportunity for you to try new things and discover interests all whilst learning different skills. As you build upon your experiences you’ll be able to decide which activities you like best, and which personal development areas you want to focus on. Our helpful team of support workers are trained through a partnership with La Trobe University. We use the Person Centred Active Support model to support you to achieve your goals.
Our Hubs are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm. We offer full day sessions (8:30am to 4pm) or half day sessions (8:30am to 12pm OR 12:30pm to 4pm).
